The inner core is made of a biocomposite of natural fibers and recycled polypropylene, while the outer layer is composed of bio-based TPE derived from renewable raw materials such as plants and vegetables, and traditional TPE. Nucore's biomaterial blend contains, depending on the model, 25 to 30% bio-based material.
