- Ships same day for orders placed before 10:00am.

30-day hassle-free return:

- You have 90 days to return the parts to us for any reason.

- We will refund you the parts within 7 working days after receipt without discussion (subject to their original condition with packaging)

- Please note: the part packaging must NOT be used as a shipping carton. The part in its packaging must be inserted into a shipping carton. No refund will be given if the part packaging was used as a shipping carton.

Home delivery

Colissimo My Home:

Your package will be delivered to you in person or delivered to your mailbox. If its size does not allow it to be delivered to a mailbox, it will be made available to you at the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it. After this period, it will be returned to the sender. In all cases, you will be informed by email 24 hours before the delivery of your package.

Delivery to relay point

Colissimo & Mondial Relay relay point:

You can choose from one of the many merchants, close to your home, your workplace or your vacation spot, to whom you wish to have your package delivered. You will be informed of the availability of your package by email which will allow you to come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to the sender.

Delivery to French overseas departments and territories and Switzerland

We ship your spare parts order to overseas departments and territories and Switzerland without any problem.

The website automatically manages prices without VAT (or with VAT reduced to 2.1% for certain destinations) and applies specific shipping costs.

For our part, we add to your package all the necessary documents for smooth passage through customs.

Please note, however, that La Poste charges us by weight or volume. As a result, for certain light but bulky products, the shipping costs are exorbitant and we cannot send the package if these costs are not paid. We will contact you if there is a problem.
