All items are eligible for a refund except those marked otherwise. Before returning anything, please contact us directly on the site. After approval, simply return it to us by post using the return slip that we will provide you, within 90 days of receiving your package:

Please return the products to us in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice, and mention the reason for the return.
Please note: the part packaging must NOT be used as a shipping carton. The part in its packaging must be inserted into a shipping carton. No refund will be given if the part packaging was used as a shipping carton.
