RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back: You have 14 days. Your satisfaction is our priority. If a part is not suitable or if you made a mistake when ordering, you have a legal period of 14 days after receiving your package to request a return.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet strict resale criteria:

Original Condition: Parts must be new, complete (with screws, instructions, and accessories) and show no signs of assembly, grease, or scratches.

Original Packaging: The original packaging for the part must be intact.

IMPORTANT: The product's original packaging must NEVER be used as the shipping box for the return. You must place the product and its original packaging inside a protective shipping box. Any returned package taped directly onto the product packaging will be refused or subject to a minimum 50% deduction.

In accordance with European regulations, if the product arrives in a damaged condition (product handled beyond what is necessary for testing, signs of assembly, torn packaging), a deduction proportional to the loss in value will be applied to your refund.

2. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on your part or a change of mind: Return shipping costs are entirely your responsibility. If we provide you with a prepaid shipping label to make the process easier for you, the actual cost of this shipping will be automatically deducted from your final refund.

If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item: Return shipping costs are, of course, covered by us. Contact our support team to receive your free shipping label.

3. How to Return an Item?

Prior contact: Before returning any item, please contact us directly via our contact form or by email, indicating your order number and the reason for the return (especially to confirm technical compatibility if you are looking for a different part).

Package preparation: Place the products in their original packaging inside a shipping box. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice inside.

Shipping: After validation by our team, ship your package within 14 days to the following address:

Accepted shipping options: Via La Poste (Colissimo) or via Mondial Relay by selecting a locker at the same address (Notification phone number: +33 6 66 48 75 55).

4. Refund Policy

No exchanges: For stock management and efficiency reasons, we do not offer exchanges. We refund the cost of the returned item. If you need a different part number or a compatible replacement, please place a new order directly from our online store.

Processing Time: Once the package is received and validated by our logistics team, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days. It will be credited to the original payment method used for your order (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
